Averell Eshaghian: A California general contractor with over 20 years of hands on experience in nearly all construction related trades. Averell has personally managed the complete restoration of several spanish and mediterranean architecture projects, along with dozens of kitchen and bathroom remodels, additions, tenant improvements, and owner/builder projects.

Claude Eshaghian: A graduate of Yale Architecture with an undergraduate degree in design. He has spent three of the last 6 years abroad teaching architecture and design in Denmark, and is currently general manager of the Wilshire Coronado Development Corporation. He was also the lead design consultant for the newly revamped Levitt Pavilion amphitheater in MacArthur Park.
